The IsatPhone 2 is the newest satellite phone on the market and the latest offering from Inmarsat.
The IsatPhone 2 provides improved features and functionality. Improvements include faster registration on the network, higher environmental rating, better screen viewing, built-in E-compass, tracking, emergency button, and more.

IsatPhone 2 combines the reliability of Inmarsat’s existing I-4 global network with an enhanced satellite phone handset and updated feature set from the original IsatPhone Pro.
Using the L-band network, the IsatPhone 2 gives you high-quality voice communications and up to 99.9% coverage in all but the most polar latitudes.
It’s reliable, rugged and robust, rating as dust-proof and jet-water-resistant (IP65), also ergonomic and easy to use, with fast network registration.

The IsatPhone 2 has a rechargeable battery continues to boast the longest satphone battery life on the market. Offers 8 hours of active Talk Time and 160 hours on Standby.
Charging is done via Micro-USB cable, enabling users to carry fewer chargers.   Solar chargers are also available.
