Your privacy is important to YES-TEL. This privacy statement (together with our terms of use and other documents referred to on it) sets out the basics on which any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us via the YES-TEL website, will be processed by us.

The YES-TEL group of companies have registrations under strict
data protection laws and take all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data.

Information we may collect from you


In general, you can visit our website home page and browse our site without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself.

If you have an enquiry or require information from YES-TEL, you may choose to give us personal information, such as your name and contact details, to enable us to correspond with you in this regard. To enable us to respond to your enquiry, your details may need to be shared with YES-TEL Partner near you
, those companies and organisations that are recognised by YES-TEL as service provider and distributors of its services and solutions.

When we collect personal information from you in connection with an enquiry, we may extract some information about that query in an anonymous format and combine it with other anonymous information for marketing and advertising purposes. This anonymous information is used and analysed only at an aggregate level to help us to understand trends and patterns. None of this information is reviewed at an individual level.

When we collect personal information from you in connection with an enquiry, we will ask you for your consent to allow us to hold these contact details on a database for marketing-related purposes and for the provision of offers of our
related services which we believe may be of interest to you.

Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:

   If the YES-TEL group of companies or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
   If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of YES-TEL, our customers or others. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data. You can also exercise the right at any time by contacting the Legal Department.
